Individual Mindful Self Compassion Course
You may not fancy being part of a group or the times of the group courses may not suit you. In which case, you may prefer to do an individual mindful self compassion course.
The one to one format consists of 8 x 90 minutes sessions which I offer in person and online. During the eight sessions, you will learn a variety of self compassion skills and how to apply them in your life. These simple skills will change how you relate to yourself. You will learn how to treat yourself more kindly.
You will receive home practice assignments at the end of each session. The home practice is an important part of the course. It helps you to fully integrate the skills you learn in each session into your daily life. You will receive a course handbook and audio files to support you in this.
You may prefer a one off session as an introduction to mindful self compassion. Or I can offer a bespoke package of sessions to integrate self compassion into your mindfulness practice.
These sessions are usually 60 minutes but can be longer to suit your needs.
