Mindful Self Compassion Workshop

Do you beat yourself up for making mistakes? Do you drive yourself too hard? Are you usually telling yourself you should be doing better, coping better, generally being a better person?
If you do, then why not make 2017 the year you changed all that? In this one day work shop you will learn how to evoke self compassion in your daily life so that in times of difficulty, rather than criticising yourself or ignoring your feelings, you will be able to rely on a compassionate and understanding response from yourself.
This workshop is a rich and practically useful stand alone day which will give you simple, immediately usable self compassion skills to support you in your life. It is also an excellent introduction and taster for the 8 week mindful self compassion course which starts in both Chalfont in September 2017.
The day will include meditations, short talks, experiential exercises and group discussions, all of which will help you begin to cultivate a kinder and more supportive relationship with yourself.
